Nice of the electricity board to send me an email , telling me that my electric will in increase by £179.45 a year, in April. Then another review of the prices will happen in October,( the money grabbing bastards ). How the hell are people going to cope, other than sitting in the dark and being cold. Our appliances are A*, light bulbs are energy saving and turned off when no ones in the room, nothing left in standby, blah-de-blah. I can’t see how we can SAVE electric, there’s not a lot else we can do ? Is it all a ploy, to make us start paying now for covering the cost of upgrading the national grid so everyone can charge their electric cars?

Just wondering how much if anything peeps make on solar panel systems selling back 'surplus' to the grid and in the long run do they actually pay for themselves or is it just another con.

I have a new HERO. There is a post on Facebook about a man who demolished a Travel In with a mini Digger because his building contractor bosses did not pay him. I cant share the video for some reason buts its gone viral on Fudbook. Before any do gooders slag me off for sticking up for this guy..... Just remember maybe someday your boss might fail to pay your wages and next thing you know you've lost your house.... Think on to anyone that judges this poor man. He is a HERO I have put in on public on my facebook if anyone wants to see it. www.facebook.com/simone.kay.16I once did some work for a man who had bought a French door an window set from a builder who had previously installed then in a house but had not been paid, so one day he removed the French Door /window set and sold it ti this manI was working for. He left an 8' x 8' hole in the wall in the house the owner had not paid him for.

You'll need a 'green card' if there's no deal. UK motorists planning to drive to other European countries will need to get a 'green card' in the event of a no-deal Brexit, insurers have warned – and you'll need to apply for one at least a month ahead. There is a distinct possibility you will need a visa and an International Drivers licence too. I had an International licsence I bought of the AA in South Africa , it was cool as it gave me moterbike entitlement which I did not have before !
