Cheers Matt,I can not stop giggling at that now. If it is lets say five inches of snow and it comes upto yazz's belly that must put her at nearly a foot tall !! I can picture her looking through the baby clothes in the shop wondering what to buy for the next festival.
Has she got a saddle for the dog ? xx

They have had over a metre of snow in the alps over the last twenty four hours, and no doubt it is all very pretty but there is a severe risk of avalanche in all departements of the alp region. Best that I do not send the locals over to south warks to go skiing then !!

Not had much snow to speak of since last winter.Had lots of snow then, a few feet in places.Def no point in skis here right now.
Most snow about is near coasts and is sea effect snow, air picking up moisture from sea and dumping it inland as snow.

Quite unbelievable here. I went out for a pee about 45 mins ago in the poring rain and to fetch some logs and now having just heard some strange sound outside looked to see snow fallibg off my windscreen. Must be at least two inches on the floor outside and not a bit in sight before that or even forecast. A real deluge of snow !! Thank goodness I decided to watch the rugby from my workplace parkup !
